| Monica currently resides in Los Angeles, and works on various media projects. She recently produced a segment for Making Contact, a weekly magazine/documentary-style public affairs radio program that can be heard on 140 radio stations in the USA, Canada, South Africa and Ireland.
A student of Social Sciences and Sociology at University of California, Monica lived in the Bay Area after graduation. She worked in various non-profits and also taught in various schools all over the Bay Area. She has also been a co-host and contributing producer on KPFA 94.1FM Apex Express, a radio show that covers news and current events from an Asian Pacific Islander point of view. Born in Vietnam, she is bilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin. Monica enjoys spending time with her kids and sunsets on the beach. |
