Welcome! Andy Mackenzie here, Everyone has special talents, things that just come naturally. Certainly for me one of those things is the ability to captivate an audience with my voice. I have background in studio and live music, entertainment, communications, marketing, and business. An extrovert by nature, I live, work, and play passionately & you can hear and feel that energy in my voice! These life experiences complement & enhance my natural speaking ability & have allowed me to be a great fit to the V.O. industry, and your V.O. project! I launched Mackenzie Multimedia at the beginning of 2012 with an Idea. We are an independent, non-union, voice-over/screen acting service that is primarily focused on promoting, marketing, and advertising companies and products that are socially, environmentally, & politically conscious. This includes non-profit agencies and publicly funded organizations on limited budgets, as well as large companies and corporations that have decided to operate their businesses at a higher level of accountability. Our goal is to provide high quality services on a sliding scale that will fit any size budget or project vision and to reward and promote efforts to make this world a better place to live. I have an excellent home studio equipped with current industry standard hardware/software so I can provide a quality product and can accommodate quick turn around times in a format you can use. My voice/style?.... My natural speaking voice & style is a cross between Mike Rowe, (Dirty Jobs), and Dennis Haysbert, (the Allstate guy). I have a deep and commanding voice, articulate in vocabulary, with a really fun, witty, & spontaneous sense of humor; I speak with passion, rhythmic pauses, and inflection. However, as an actor, I possess an excellent Imagination and have the ability to chameleon into different characters, tones, accents, inflections, and emotions depending upon the situation and the vision of the project. As a successful business man I understand the importance of listening to the needs of my clients & providing just that,… in a quality form and,… in a timely fashion.
